Sponsorship opportunities are available for both the HIMSS and DHITS networking event newsletters.  As the other conferences grow in scope, there may be additional options in the future but for now, I'll only offer sponsorships for those two.

There are 3 major levels of sponsorship and 1 minor level.  Sponsorship levels are for single company, or single joint venture name.  While there are no set limits on sponsors, the goal is $3-4K per conference and once that is achieved, sponsorship will close.

The benefits of being a sponsor are:

1. Your logo (and your booth number, if applicable) being listed on every CPO events newsletter for the conference along with a wrap up email after the event. 

2. A special shout out to your networking event, if any, on the distro.

3. Given sufficient time prior to an event, I will order and wear an aloha shirt with your simple logo** during the event (up to 3 sponsors per shirt). 

Costs per level are Diamond ($3000), Platinum ($2000) and Gold ($1000).  Silver ($500) is a lower level sponsorship and is designed primarily for small businesses but not restricted to them.  Silver would get benefit 1-2 above.       

Options are available.  Hotel, Airfare and per diem, and conference registration can be swapped out.  If all are covered, it would be considered Diamond level. 2 of the 3 would be Platinum and 1 of the 3 would be Gold.

Note:  Hotel would be at the conference site or Hilton property within .5 miles starting 1 day prior to conference and ending on last day of conference.  Airfare would be Delta Comfort plus or better with per diem starting first day of conference through last day of conference.  Registration would be full registration to include sessions.  For Hotel and Airfare, using points or miles is acceptable.  Either using cash or the options will allow me to continue to attend even when I retire and/or my real company no longer sends me.  

* Restrictions may apply to logos depending on what the manufacturer can put on the Aloha Shirt.  

* * Aloha shirts being available for the conference depend on ordering and delivery in sufficient time for me to bring them to the conference.  Lead time on ordering/receiving Aloha shirts is approximately 15-20 days
